Biography
Mr. Caplan has practiced law in the Baltimore area since 1981. A 1980 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, and recipient of a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University, he represents many property management companies, real estate investors, small business, and individuals.
Mr. Caplan maintains a general, civil practice focusing on landlord-tenant matters, property and business transactions, civil litigation, wills, and estates.
