Neil Levy and Larry Caplan have each handled a wide range of real estate transactions for many years, in sales and acquisitions, financing, title and conveyance issues, leases, transfer tax issues, complex ownership structures, and landlord-tenant matters. We work with banks, title companies, realtors, developers, builders in both commercial and residential transactions. We are committed to seeing each transaction through, from contract negotiations, due diligence, title review, bank financing and settlement. While there are many challenges along the way, we find this a rewarding area of practice, as we see our clients grow their businesses and break new ground for the future.
